Issue 13 saw a new era for TSBB - multi-colour covers! And the only reason this occurred was because I had been told by a club official that we were having an all white kit for 97-98.

 After a bit of digging found that it was manager Mick Wadsworth who was instigating the change, trying to give us a new identity. This incensed me as Boro are Red, always have been Red and shouldn't have been changed.

So TSBB 13 featured, as you can see, a plea on the cover to bring back the all Red strip. And the best way to do that was pay out extra for the colour cover. Alas, it didn't work as for two seasons Boro had a white kit, under Wadsworth's orders. When he left we returned to red, but we tried our best!
